The Hospitality team exists to practice unreasonable hospitality, going above and beyond to make every single person who walks through our doors feel seen, valued, and cared for. From the coffee bar to the auditorium, we own the environment and the experience.
We go beyond what's expected. Noticing unspoken needs, solving problems before they happen, and creating moments that make people feel like they truly matter.
We maintain high-value environments including the coffee bar, bathrooms, lobby, and auditorium so that every space reflects the excellence of God's house.
We greet guests, help them find seats, accommodate special needs, distribute sermon notes, and assist with service elements like offering and communion.
We work closely with other ministry teams to make sure the guest experience is seamless from the moment someone arrives to the moment they leave.
The Hospitality team has two serving positions. Both are equally important and work together to create a smooth, welcoming experience for every guest.
You are the host inside the worship space. You welcome people in, help them find seats, distribute sermon notes, manage the offering, assist with service elements, and keep the environment clean and distraction-free throughout the service.
You are the friendly, informed presence in the lobby. You greet guests, help direct traffic, accommodate special needs, assist late arrivals, and keep an eye on the lobby environment before, during, and after the service.
